Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide對延髓(Medulla)之咳嗽中心有抑制作用，鎮咳效果很好。Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide非麻醉藥品，因此無成癮性，亦不會有耐藥性的產生，它沒有止痛或催眠的作用，不會抑制呼吸，亦不會有便秘的現象產生。
「成分」：
Each Tablet Contains:
Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 30mg
「適應症」:
感冒，支氣管氣喘，氣喘性支氣管炎，咽頭炎，支氣管炎，喉頭炎，肺炎，肺結核等所引起之咳嗽。
「用法」:
本藥須由醫師處方使用。
成人:10~20mg，每4小時服用一次。
或30mg，每6~8小時服用一次。
小孩(6~12歲):5~lOmg，每4小時服用一次。
或15mg，每6~8小時服用一次。
「注意事項」：
1. 對Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide過敏者，請勿服用。
2. 投與MAO Inhibitor之製劑的患者，請勿服用本劑。
3. 對6歲以下之幼童投藥時必須小心(Under Medical Supervision)。
對患有高燒或持續性咳嗽的患者，必須小心授與(Under medical Supervision)。
